The Female History Card is commonly used at the barn level, and is designed to be printed in card format. It shows each parity performance of the female and includes a summary column showing her lifetime average performance. It also shows the dates of important management events, such as pregnancy check and due to farrow dates.
The cards can be filtered to print by female ID code, event status between two dates, group, location, parity, genetics, and more. You can custom design your own sow card by adding, deleting, or moving variables and input boxes.
There are several different Female History Card formats: The sample report below shows the input format that prints data collection boxes in addition to the female history. You can also chose among formats that will print two cards to a page, landscape, half-sheet, and dot matrix printer.
