Question: I cannot access some sections of the Free edition

The Free edition is a reduced application of the Professional package. You can manage the animal records, events and records of females and males, as well as task planning. In the trial format for a limited time, you can access all the  advanced options such as report designer and financial administration, which are included in the commercial editions.

Options not included in the Free edition are indicated with a dialog that tells you the feature is functional in another edition.

The Free edition can be used to replace paper animal records and the planning board. If you want analysis reports, you should purchase the commercial edition.

Question: What does the Free edition NOT include?

The main features not included are:

• Report Designer

• Financial module

• Handheld computer

• Access to reports, except the “Females” generic report

• No guarantee or technical assistance from Agritec

The main features included are:

• Female, male and semen records and growing (events, records, ...)

• Planning (births, services, pregnancy checks, ...)

• Data Entry module

Question: The Free version license has expired. What do I have to do?

The Free version license must be renewed each year. You only need to download the updated program. If you have forgotten your password, you need to register again.

The data entered to date will be updated to the new version. The reason we ask you to renew is so that we can evaluate the acceptance and use of our products, and to update your e-mail address to keep you informed about services and offers that may interest you.

Free versions have been offered continually since 1991 for producers interested in learning to manage their herd by computer. We hope to continue this policy serving our 55000 users all over the world, including those who are unable to acquire the commercial edition.
