Enterprise Edition

This edition includes all Studio features, plus additional features for multiple farm organizations, like remote connections and multiple-farm comparison reports. This  edition also offers a different payment option. This is a subscription option with an annual payment. It is for farms of any size and all production systems and organizational models. Updates and continued support are included in the annual price.

This is the recommended edition for farms over 2000 breeding females, corporate environments, veterinarians, bureaus, and consultants.

Use the powerful Report Designer to analyze data. Includes SPC charts, cross tabulation, histograms, breakdown and other advanced tools.

Remote connection features can connect with databases located outside the central office. Includes multiple-farm analysis support.

Data can be captured from several sources: from fax using ICR (handwriting recognition) technology, handheld computers, or from any other software program (*).

For consultant bureaus, clients can work with their preferred software (DOS or Windows) and automatically upload their data to the Agritec Web Server. This server converts all data collected to the Agritec format. In this way you can analyze all data using only one application, independently of the application brand your client is using.

(*) We have conversion filters for most well known applications.

Consultant Edition

The Consultant edition is available at a reduced price from the full editions. This edition includes all Enterprise features except data entry, and includes multiple farm analysis.  It is designed for consultants to run reports on Vaquitec databases they may receive from Vaquitec Studio or Enterprise users. You can add an unlimited number of databases. It does not allow you to enter or edit data. Note that Consultant Edition cannot be used with databases from demos or Professional editions. Updates and continued support are included in the annual price.

Example of an advanced system

The following image shows the most advanced model. The bureau office is the center of operations. It is a network with multiple users entering and consulting information concurrently. Farms send data in several ways:

Some farms may use the Agritec application as a stand alone system working from their own computers.
Other farms may use the remote connection feature and their database resides in the bureau office, not in the customer computer.
Some farms may use a non-Agritec software, and by using the Internet, they upload their database to the bureau. The system automatically converts this data to the Agritec format.
Some customer who only use a handheld computer can send their data via the Internet.
Farms that do not have a computer can simply send their data collection forms by Fax. ICR technology automatically reads the forms and fills the database.
