No. Online and Ultimate plans include all available features and existing modules. Standard database migrations and conversions are included in the price. The published price is the base cost of your annual subscription. There may be an extra charge for additional users or workstations. Contact Agritec for a quote based on your setup.
Our Online edition is the most popular and easiest option because it is in the Cloud. There are no installations, software updates, or backups to maintain, and it works seamlessly with our mobile app. It is simple, easy, and includes all features.
However, if you prefer your IT department to manage the databases and servers on your own premises, the Ultimate edition has all the same features as the Online edition.
Enterprise is a standalone desktop app for herd managing.

Yes. Our mobile app can work offline for days. Record events, consult animal histories, and run basic list reports without internet. When internet becomes available, the data is synced to the Cloud database.
If using the Enterprise or Ultimate plan, which are installed on your own premises, you can run reports or use the mobile app using your Wi-Fi network.
Yes, you must install a server in your premises and your Ultimate edition will have the same features as the Online plan. Please note that Agritec cannot configure or support customer networks, although we do provide basic instructions for your IT team.
A full-user can access to the data using using a mobile app, web browser, or a remote desktop connection. Each user can be assigned privileges to have access to specific farms.
When you want to define unique privileges to a specific user, or multiple users need to connect to the system at the same time. Several people can share the same user license if they connect at different times, however sharing the same account also means sharing privileges, logins and user customizations.
Agritec technical support covers questions regarding our software installation, data entry, features, and reports. It does not include network or hardware configurations. Technical support should not be viewed as a substitute for proper technical training.
The following Ultimate system-related issues are not supported:
Agritec Software protects your personal information and your data. For secure transactions, we use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your information. The encryption process protects your information by scrambling it before it is sent to us from your computer. In addition, your data is backed up automatically and is accessible from any device, so you can always stay connected and up-to-date.
Yes. You can add as many farms as you want, up to the total number of breeding females in your license. However you will still need a separate license for each user if you have multiple users, or databases installed on multiple computers.
Yes, it is web based, so you only need an Internet connection and a web browser to access it.
